- The client’s veterinarian on file, or an emergency veterinary care provider.
We collect the following personal information when you use our website:

We collect this information only to provide our products or services to you. We do not share your personal information with any third-party for marketing purposes.
We do not collect or store payment data such as credit or debit card data. Payments for our products or services are processed through a third-party service (PayPal), which has its own privacy policy.

CalOPPA

Parts Of Us Pet Care Ltd. is unable to render service during a client’s self-quarantine due to positive Covid-19 test results. If a client believes that they may have been exposed, we ask that they please notify us as soon as possible!
At individual request, providers will wear a mask at all times when in proximity to a client.
Providers will follow Federal, State, and local guidelines or strictures as pertains to public health and safety.
We ask that if clients are home when the provider is present, clients will please wear a mask at any time the provider may come within 6 ft. of the client if they are experiencing any symptoms of illness, with or without a negative Covid-19 test result.
We recommend that clients frequently sanitize surfaces in their home which their provider may come in contact with, such as door handles, faucet handles, and pet equipment like collars and water/food dishes.
We strive to keep our providers and our clients safe, contribute to the resilience of our local community, and continue to serve through this exceptional time.
Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. follow industry best practices, guiding principles, and abide by position statements as outlined by the Pet Professionals Guild, the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers, and the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants.
Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. will not employ in the course of training strategies the use of aversive equipment or any equipment that through the course of intended use may cause significant harm, such as prong collars, chain slip collars, or e-collars. The use of safety equipment may be recommended for management, and appropriate desensitization and conditioning is offered for the use of muzzles, face halters, paw protective wear, etc.
The L.I.M.A. or Least Intrusive, Minimally Aversive approach is used whenever engaging dogs for behavioral learning or change. Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. follows the humane hierarchy of intervention. Because of this, in the event that a concern is out of our scope, Parts of Us Pets Ltd. may consult with or refer to an appropriately qualified practitioner.

The recommended time for placing a reservation is 72 hours in advance but not less than 24 hours in advance. To make a reservation, call or text (719) 426-8638.
Cancellation Notification is recommended to be made at least 24 hours prior to service. No charge will be made for service cancelled within this time. Notification after 9pm the day before service, or appointments for services which are not cancelled (where services are unable to be rendered despite the attendance of the provider) will accrue the normal service fee or $18, whichever is less.
Payment is due within seven business days of services rendered. Regular clients are invoiced weekly or biweekly for accrued services and payment is due within seven business days after most recent rendered service included in the invoice, for which dates will be provided.
Certain services may require partial payment in advance. Overnight in-home pet sitting for a duration longer than 7 days requires an initial payment made before services begin, partial payments weekly, and then the remainder due within 7 business days of the return of the client.
Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. accepts credit or debit cards through PayPal Checkout, for invoices through the website. Alternative payment apps accepted include Venmo and Cash App.
Cash is accepted and may be left to be collected, in an envelope marked for Anna Tauras or Parts of Us Pets.
Checks are accepted, may be written out to either Anna Tauras or Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. They may be left to be collected in the home or mailed to:

Please be advised, Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. reserves the right to terminate services or suspend memberships if overdue balances persist over a period of time.
Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. requires all pet care clients who request overnight pet sitting services to retain snow, hail, or debris removal services for their home property.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their property is cleared of snow, ice, hail, or debris, including walkways, driveways, and any areas where Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. employees may need to access to provide pet care services, including dog walking services or drop-in visits.
If snow removal services are not retained and Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. employees are unable to access the property due to snow or ice, Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. will be unable to provide pet care services and the client will be charged in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
By engaging the services of Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd., the client agrees to abide by this hazard policy and to assume full responsibility for hazard removal on their property during overnight pet sitting services.
The priority of Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your pet under all circumstances to the best of our ability.
In the event that something should happen to your dog that requires medical attention, we will do everything possible to obtain the right treatment for your dog in a timely manner. We will make every attempt to reach you or your emergency contact for advisement.
In the event that we are unable to reach you in a timely manner for whatever reason, Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. reserve the right to make medical decisions on your behalf for stabilization of your pet until you can be reached.
Owners shall be responsible for any veterinarian bills that result from obtaining emergency medical attention for your dog. Clients are advised to retain pet insurance.
Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. serve with the requirement that all dogs remain current with the following vaccinations, and especially in order to interact with other clients’ dogs: Rabies, Distemper, Parvo and Bordatella.
Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any services for pet(s) who, in sole determination, are physically unable to engage services, evidence inappropriate behavior or who may otherwise be a danger to themselves, or to a handler, or to a person or animal.
Clients understand and agree that in releasing their pet(s) to Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. for care, providers of pet care services have relied upon the clients’ representation that their pet(s) is/are in good health and that Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. has full information about any harm caused, or aggressive or threatening behavior exhibited by Clients’ pets(s) towards any person or any other animal.
Clients shall further understand that due to the way animals interact with one another, minor injury, cuts and scratches can occur even if pets are familiar with one another and are carefully supervised at all times.
Although all pets are carefully screened, occasionally it is discovered that services are not appropriate for a pet. Parts Of Us Pet Care Ltd. reserves the right to remove a pet from engagement of services at any time.
Pets which remain in the custody of Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd., for a period of 72 hours after contracted services are fully rendered and without any ability to reach the client or emergency contact, will be surrendered to the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region where they may be recovered in accordance with HSPPR protocols. Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. requires the agreement to legally binding waivers of liability before any services may be rendered.

By engaging the services of Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. for pet sitting or dog walking services, client understands and acknowledges that Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. cannot guarantee the total safety of pets, or the total integrity or security of any or all property.
By engaging the services of Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. for dog training or behavior modification services, client understands and acknowledge that Parts of Us Pet Care Ltd. cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Every dog and their behavior is unique and individual results may vary.
